Pad Thai Sauce

The essential sweet, sour, and savory sauce for authentic Pad Thai

Serves: Makes enough sauce for 1 large Pad Thai recipe

Ingredients

8 tablespoons fish sauce
8 tablespoons palm sugar (100 g)
6 tablespoons tamarind paste
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon paprika
6 teaspoons sriracha
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Stir until sugar is dissolved

Set aside until ready to use

Notes

Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator
Adjust sriracha to taste for desired heat level
